Returns & refunds.

• —Unopened bottles, in original packaging, within 30 days of delivery.
• —Damaged-on-arrival bottles, regardless of seal — photo evidence required.
• —Incorrect orders shipped by us — we cover return shipping in full.

1. Email returns@folliculae.com with your order number.
2. We send a prepaid returns label within one working day.
3. Drop the parcel at any DPD or DHL ServicePoint.
4. We refund the original payment method within 5 working days of receipt.

Hair density takes time. If you've followed the regimen consistently for 90 days and have seen no change in shedding, we will refund the cost of your first bottle, no return required. One refund per customer; we trust you on the application part.

Email care@folliculae.com with your order number to claim. We don't ask for photos.

• —Gift cards — these are non-refundable but never expire.
