How an order moves.
- You receive an order confirmation within minutes.
- We pack and dispatch within one working day.

- Carrier hands off — DPD in the UK, DHL across the EU, USPS in the US.
Customs & duties
What you pay where.
UK and EU orders are shipped DDP (duties paid). You pay nothing on delivery. For the US, Canada, Switzerland, and Norway, local taxes and duties may be due to the carrier at delivery; these are set by your customs authority, not by us.
We are unable to ship to PO boxes, freight forwarders, or to countries currently subject to UK trade restrictions.
Tracking
If something looks wrong.
Most delivery issues resolve themselves within 48 hours. If your parcel hasn't moved in three working days, write to care@folliculae.com with your order number and we'll trace it for you.
