Packaging
Glass, paper, no plastic outer.
The bottle is post-consumer recycled glass with a polypropylene dropper. The carton is FSC-certified paperboard printed with soy-based inks. We don't shrinkwrap anything.
The dropper is the one part that isn't easily recyclable. We're piloting an aluminium replacement in 2026 — we'll publish the LCA either way.
Refills
Available from late 2025.
A 60 ml glass refill — same bottle, no dropper, no carton — ships in a paper sleeve and slots into your existing dropper. It uses 71% less material by weight and costs £19 less.
Footprint
What we actually measure.
We measure scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions annually, audited by Plan A. Our 2024 footprint per bottle was 0.41 kgCO₂e — most of it freight. We offset 100% via verified removals, not avoidance credits.
We don't say "carbon neutral" on the bottle because the term is becoming meaningless. Our methodology is published on request.
What we won't claim
A short list of refusals.
- —"Clean" — the word means nothing chemically.
- —"100% natural" — Minoxidil is a synthesised molecule. That is the point.
- —"Climate positive" — no product is. Ours included.
- —"Plastic free" — the dropper exists.
